- Return and Refund Policy.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn and unused—with the tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions or Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns of sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We will notify you of any claim covered by this warranty; however, failure to provide prompt notice will not relieve you of your obligations, unless you suffer substantial harm as a result. - Shipping Policy

At ProRenfort, we are committed to delivering your high-performance equipment quickly and securely. Below are the details regarding the processing and delivery of your orders.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email.

2. Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Damage and Problems

Prorenfort liable for any damage incurred during shipping, but we are here to help you.

• If you receive your order damaged, please keep the packaging and the item, and contact us immediately at services@prorenfort.ca.
• Please attach photos of the package and the product to speed up the claims process with the carrier.

6. Delivery Restrictions

• We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes for bulky items.
• International shipping (excluding Canada) is not available at this time, but stay tuned!
